Refund Policy

Pro Fragrantia (Great Scents GmbH, “we”, “our”) has a 14 days return policy. Products returned later then 14 days after purchase will not be refunded. Only unopened products are accapted (original packaging). You need a proof of purchase. Returns have to be announced by writing an e-mail to: thomas@profragrantia.com. The address to send returns will be provided by e-mail after the return request has been received. Please consider that perfumes are dangerous goods and a proper packaging is needed to send it (according to law). Only products purchased on this website can be returned. Products bought through other stores are subject to the return policy applicable to such stores. Please check your order immediately after reception and inform us if the wrong product has been received or if the product is defective/damaged. Damaged/defective products will only be refunded or replaced if we get contacted within 14 days after reception of the product. Once we have received your return and a refund is approved you will be refunded over your original payment method if possible. It may be possible that further payment information from your side is needed in order to refund money to you. Shipping charges, duty charges or tax charges will not be refunded.
